The Emotional Intelligence Advantage: A Leader’s Sixth Sense
This year’s Pre-Conference Workshop: The Emotional Intelligence Advantage: A Leader’s Sixth Sense is on Saturday! Xcellero, Novo’s Talent Effectiveness Solution will be facilitating a four-hour course on emotional intelligence. The course will be held Saturday, October 26th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm and the cost for the course is $275. The course includes an individual emotional intelligence assessment with a personalized results report and lunch prior to the start of the session. Space is limited. We are looking for members from across the organization to share their exciting work being done in the areas of process improvement, quality and patient safety, the academic mission, research and more! Posters are a great way to highlight your work, your team and your institution. Please consider submitting a poster or encouraging a student or administrative fellow to do so!
